Scam. Wish I never purchased masks from this “company”. I placed an order of masks for my family and I (8 masks) on May 4th which was 2 and a half months ago. My order says “fulfilled” on their site but when tracking it says it hasn’t even arrived in California USPS - just “label created”. Emailed and a woman named Roda responded swiftly saying she would contact USPS and because it’s something urgent she would send out a copy of my original order which should arrive within 10 days. This was a month ago. Have reached out several times since to get an update on where in the world the masks are and haven’t gotten a response to any of my messages. There’s no phone call to contact - they encourage you to email them but then they don’t respond. They took my money and haven’t sent my masks or the masks their customer service rep said she would have sent out. It’s the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Their marketing masks that aren’t even in production and they clearly don’t have them produced nearby since it’s taking so long. If you’re going to take nearly three months then you need to issue people a refund or the least you could do is update them on EXACTLY where in the world their order is. I highly recommend everyone to NEVER make a purchase here. Wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering since people seem to be having issues with their product. They have some nerve telling people to please email them to resolve their issues when they aren’t responding..
Update: After posting this I finally got an email from Vida & come to find out it was word for word the exact same message template I got from “Roda” a month ago - this time by “Edel”. With another email saying thanks for your order (the order I made 2.5 months ago) but with today’s date. It says delivered... and there’s no tracking number attached. This is absolutely ridiculous. 0 customer service. Terrible business practices. So frustrated that I’ve wasted time and money here. Where are my masks?????! Where is my money?????
What a disaster they are. Order date is approaching 30 days ago, still no idea when it will go out. They have a nice tracking app that tells me it went to their warehouse around 10 days ago. I asked Customer Service if they could arrange for deliver by 7/1, got a very speedy and nice note back saying they couldn't guarantee that. Now I'm off on a trip, was depending on having these masks prior to leaving (and was well within their expected shipping time frame). If I could post a picture of the dates I would but their site says 'usually ships out 16-18 days from date of order' - I am working on 24 with no ship date in sight. Thanks Vida!!! If I could cancel this order I would. Since they will not allow me, I will post reviews in as many places as I can find to make sure others don't fall into the same trap.
UPDATE: Peter, I have seen the notes you have left for me and others including the wildly inaccurate information about in stock and shipping in replies to others. I needed the masks by 7/1 at the latest. That was over 24 days ago. I just checked and it still hasn't left your warehouse. These will arrive past my planned usage date, there is no reason to contact you. Vida just needs to provide accurate and realistic shipping dates so customers can make informed decisions.

Shopvida.com was user friendly, easy to order and pay. They have a rather large selection of unique face masks with patterns I haven't found in other sites. The quality of the masks are better than other clothe masks I've found. They cover more of your face and have insertable filters. The shipping time however was a disappointment. It took about a month from the time I ordered to receive my product. I would recommend this site if you don't mind to wait on shipping. The product itself was great quality.
These masks have several good features: nose bridge for better fit, sleeve for an insert, which makes it three layers, and adjustable around your ears. The only problem is that on some of the mask the little black piece that makes the mask adjustable has come off. Then the mask is much harder to adjust for a snug fit. If it wasn't for this problem, I would give these masks 5 stars.
Honestly I can say this is by far is the best mask I've have purchased since covid! If you were glasses this mask is for you the nose piece forms to your nose very well all that expensive fog sprays I no longer need! I wash my mask at least 2 time's a week it still looks new! I love the fact you can change the filter as well! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not regret..

There are some really glowing reviews on here, and I just think maybe they ordered very different masks. The wire in the bridge of the mask I ordered was super flimsy and basically useless. The mask does not fit well. It is not sewn well. I cannot recommend these masks.

The mask took a long time to get i canceled order but was still charged and still received mask. Beware if u buy the color gray its not gray its more like a green. The masks are built nice though and the earloops have rubber adjustable pieces that make more comfortable. The price was nice and it came with 1 filter.
I ordered a 4-pack of masks very early on, before masking was mandatory in most parts of the country. When I received only 2 of the masks, I was very irritated. I contacted VIDA customer service and was contacted via email very soon after. They sent the additional 2 masks and sent me another 4-pack at no charge. Great customer service! The masks themselves are comfortable and fit nicely. The filters provided are also a nice bonus.

Took forever, but I new when I order there would be a delay. I went to the website TWICE and cancelled the order and never heard anything back. I assume whoever checks for cancellation just doesn't do the job they are employed for.

Great fit and love the ability to breath while wearing.
Thank you for creating these. My husband, a large bearded man, and I, a small woman, were both able to wear these masks comfortably, and feel safe with two layers of fabric and the included filters. These are so much more comfortable than other styles and brands I've tried, even more than surgical masks, that I ordered the family pack for us. Once I go back to work, I anticipate I will order another family pack.
Thank you for helping me feel comfortable while keeping those around me safe during this pandemic.
